Good corporate governance provides assurances to all relevant parties that the Company’s and its subsidiaries’ operations are fair and in the best interest of all parties concerned namely employees, investors, shareholders and other stakeholders. The Company’s Board of Directors therefore has resolved to formulate corporate governance policy based on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Corporate Governance Code 2017. This policy shall serve as a guideline for organizational management and an assurance to all that the Company and its subsidiaries have conducted their operations fairly and transparently in the best interest of not just shareholders but all groups of stakeholders.
